And on the 4th Day of Autumn

It's feeling more Fall-like.. More Oregonish! I like the rain and the clouds and a little splash of sunshine.

Met with some friends yesterday and stitched for several hours. It's amazing how much you can get accomplished when you are working and talking and hopefully listening.

On to the next verse of our 12 Days of Autumn Song

On the forth day of Autumn My true love gave to me…
Four Halloween Oreos
Three caramel apples
Two Candy corn
An Acorn from an old oak tree

Now, I need to tell you that it took a long time to come up with these really awesome lyrics so I hope you appreciate all the work I did!!! Stayed tuned for Day 5....it just gets better.

Simply Amazing

There were so many styles of quilts and so much talent. We should be proud to have such a good showing in Portland.

Here are a few things that I've been working on.

Because Susan made one, I needed to make one also. Ready for stitching.

From our Paper Mache Box class....Some still need more work.

Because Judy made one I needed to and as of today the binding is finished!

Almost finished...I got distracted by another one that Susan did and am almost finished with that one.

First block in a cute Fall quilt by Heart to Hand

Wisdom Words for today

Anyone can carry his burden, however hard, until nightfall. Anyone can do his work, however hard, for one day. Anyone can live sweetly, patiently, lovingly, purely, till the sun goes down. And this is all life really means. ~Robert Louis Stevenson

If you don't like how things are, change it! You're not a tree. ~Jim Rohn
