Time is flying towards Tuesday when I leave to see Jennifer and Hugo in The Netherlands. Getting lots of hand sewing together and some knitting to keep me occupied on the plane ride.

There are so many things that I want to see. I will share lots of pictures when I return. I plan to be back on September 26. Just in time to begin our Journey #2 with the Prairie Women Sewing Circle on the 28th.. If you haven't already signed up, please do. I think it will be even better than last year. Here is a picture of the first little quilt that we will make.
It is a friendship quilt and I have several of the blocks made, ready to get your signatures. I will have sample blocks at the Open House at Pioneer Quilts tomorrow, Sunday September 8. Please come.
Our first Prairie Women Class will be September 26 from 10-11. That day is also Spargonian Day! We have such a good time in this class. Many of us work on the same project, but you can choose any Sue Spargo design. This is what many of us will be doing:
Friday October 4 at my Studio is our next group class. It is the one that met at Quilter's Corner before they closed. You are welcome to come sew with us. Bring show n tell and what ever you want to work on. I make a light lunch for us.
Saturday October 5 will be the next time we meet at my Studio to work on a project out of Primitive Quilts and Projects. We are going to make the Herb quilt in the Summer 2011 magazine. This class is from 10-2 with lunch provided.
Classes at my home are $10.00
Right before I leave we will have Girl Gang at Pioneer Quilts, Monday September 9 from 10:30 to 1. You can always come and see what we are working on.
I am excited to share my experiences with you when I get back. It will be nice to see my child and her husband!
