Part One of today's blog

Saturday we enjoyed the Sherwood Robin Hood Festival and Parade! It was fun to share in a day of Americana. nothing like a small town with advertisements from downtown businesses and dance teams, animals and girls working on their parade waves. Here are a few snapshots of the day.

Of course we have Ronald!

Can't tell but they had a bubble machine too.

We walked from Ginny and Darren's down to the town and on the way back we stopped and smelled a lot of roses. An example of the beauty of the day. I think this has been one of the nicest summers that we've had in a long time. So far, no days that are too hot and all the rest are perfect. We went on a long ride home after the festivities and bought fresh blueberries and some vegetables at stands out in the country. We live in a beautiful state with wonderful things to see and do. It was an outstanding day.
